The copyrights to any and all games uploaded by Team PHE Or subsidiaries (Regardless if they are on Steam or an official third party account owned by the team) state that you may freely record, upload and monetise videos of our games. we love to see what people make.

 

Team PHE's Games

Any and all games made by Team PHE or the subsidiaries are also copyrighted in the way that you may not steal the files and use them as your own. Doing so is a violation of the Team PHE terms of service.

Modding (Modifying Games)

Our laws on modding are that you must not attempt to sell any mods or even if you are offering a full and free modded version if our game without any permission or knowledge from the developers or Team PHE. If you for any reason want to start a 3rd party modding platform (Example: Modding Of Isaac) you must first ask permission. If we decline to give permission then you may not open your modding platform. However if we DO give you permission and you want to make money from your modding platform (Domain only. Not content) then this itself is fine (as long as you have permission from us) Sites do cost money to run after all. However the mods themselves MUST be free. Do NOT offer payed mods.

Redistribution

The only site we officially sell our games on is Valve’s Steam. If another vendor is selling our games outside of Steam then we unfortunately cannot do anything about this. We implore you to only buy Team PHE’s games from Steam only. We are not responsible for anything that happens to you from using stolen or pirated keys.

If you see any accounts going by these names and pretending to be us (Offering game keys, Linking to sites) they are not us.
